Ms. Rania Rayyes has attended the final DAAD (Leadership for Syria) LFS conference in Berlin last week with more than 200 Syrian scholarship holders. The conference was the final event for Leadership for Syria program. The Foreign Minister Heiko Maas and the DAAD President Margret Wintermantel attended the ceremony and gave a welcoming speech.
