Prof. J. Steil was invited by the Learning Algorithms and Systems Laboratory (LASA), headed by long-term collaboration partner Prof. Aude Billard to give a talk on Physical Human Robot Interaction: A users' perspective. The presentation featured recent IRP projects on physical interaction with compliant robots and a number of related user studies which in summary show the still significant potential for improvement of user interfaces for programming and teaching.
