Our IROS paper on Robust Recognition of Tactile Gestures for Intuitive Robot Programming by authors Arne Muxfeldt, Konrad Kissener, Jan Haus, and Daniel Kubus was accepted and will be presented at the IROS 2017 conference in Vancouver. The paper describes a recognition pipeline to recognise gestures that are perfomed on a custom-build tactile surface sensore directly on the robot. The recognized gestures then can be used for controlling the robot in a very intuitive and interactive manner.
